So Bossman finally gets a chance to play and he gets beat on a throw then leaves the game due to illness. I know he is a Jerry Jones second round gamble draft pick but are we seriously stuck with this guy for another 6 years?
How does Mcclay get all credit for good picks and Jerrg gets it for the bad ones.....lmao

This really should have been his chance with Lewis out and an opportunity for him to settle in to the team and grab a starting spot.

There's time for him..........but not a lot left. Its a shame, 2 young CBs would have kept us safe for years but we will surely be going back to the well next year in the draft.

Joseph certainly hasn't lived up to his draft status, he's been injured and struggled a lot but many on this forum wanted Brown cut years ago and he's turned into a very solid corner for a fifth round selection, but what is really concerning to me is the amount of misses this team has drafting in the second round, selecting far to many projects or injured players has really hurt this team...Second round selections should be long term starters on a team, not backups....

You certainly expect more out of the 44th pick in the draft, but I'll give the guy some more time.

As for this game the guy had an illness. Not the only guy on defense who was sick, Bohanna was inactive because of it. I actually hope this is true, because it would be one of the first times we actually see some fight out of Joseph. I'm assuming a lot here, but my gut tells me if this were 2021 he wouldn't have suited up with even a cold. 2nd half you have a multi score game it's the right move to get him out of the game. I give him a bit of a pass this week for trying to gut it out.

Joseph has a high ceiling, and CB is a tough position to learn in the NFL. Gotta give these guys some time. Anthony Brown everyone hated forever, and many still do for some reason. Awuzie turned out to be one of the better CBs in the league once he left Dallas. Byron Jones got burnt regularly before he turned into a shutdown CB and getting a huge deal with Miami.

Good CBs are tough to find and you need several of them on your roster. Don't give up on this kid just yet, even though he has made it tough to root for him.

He has been a disappointment for a 2nd round pick, but this is only his 2nd year out of 4. He still has a large part of this season left, 2 offseasons and 2 full seasons.
