So Bossman finally gets a chance to play and he gets beat on a throw then leaves the game due to illness. I know he is a Jerry Jones second round gamble draft pick but are we seriously stuck with this guy for another 6 years?

Brown was out for 3 snaps.

Joseph played some ST snaps after he played snaps on defense.

Joseph played the majority of the Packers game (64% of snaps on defense) and allowed 2 completions.

He showed some toughness on a sweep yesterday, forcefully drove the runner out of bounds. Not too bad for a little guy.

Joseph certainly hasn't lived up to his draft status, he's been injured and struggled a lot but many on this forum wanted Brown cut years ago and he's turned into a very solid corner for a fifth round selection, but what is really concerning to me is the amount of misses this team has drafting in the second round, selecting far to many projects or injured players has really hurt this team...Second round selections should be long term starters on a team, not backups....

Could be wrong, but late 1st round to 2nd round, seems like Jerry makes his biggest gamble picks when it comes to character issues.

He has looked worse with more playing time instead of better, I don't want to give up already but he should show something this year.

Having said that this team has a really slow developing program for rookies, some don't even dress. I hope he turns out to be next years Brown's replacement at least. Crossing fingers.

I never liked the pick and said he won't see a second contract with the Cowboys.
However ... it takes time to learn the corner position. This is his second year and first start, I believe.
He's going to need time and reps under fire.
What worries me more is his lack of self-control. Seems like he's drawing penalties every time he's on the field.

Not sure he’ll last two more years with the Cowboys. I was surprised he made the team this season and I’ll be surprised if he makes the team next season. He’s only here because he was a high second round pick.
