Little known fact: the famous Mr Rogers of Mr Rogers Neighborhoods, used to get fall down pass out drunk whenever he got on a plane, and in fact was once rumored to have gotten confused, thought he was in the bathroom, and stood up and urinated rigjt in the aisle.

As far OBJ's Lawyer vs. the Flight Attendant, id put more stock into the passenger accounts of what happened and whatever video they took. But who cares. i dont give a damn if he was drunk on a plane or just a jerk or whatever. Can he catch and run with a football? that's what i care about.

My guess is it was a long flight and he took something to help him sleep. I hate flying. He should have just put in his seat belt. He likely is not coming here anyways. SJ ain’t paying 20 million a year.

According to witnesses he was just sleeping , made zero commotion and cooperated fully. The attendant did not really try to wake him , called,cops, they woke him with no problem, he then said he would put on his seat belt immediately but was escorted off, and so was every other passenger and then a 2 1/2 hour delay. It sounds like an overzealous flight attendant on a power trip. That’s literally what everyone around him said afterwards.
