I'm thinking I may do a sausage pasta with diced tomatoes today.

Leftover homemade poblano chicken enchiladas. I made and pureed my own sauce with poblanos, garlic, green chiles, red onion, and bell pepper sauced in butter, flour, milk, sour cream, and chicken broth. It is really good I think. Used oven roasted chicken from grocery store.

Hey, this “realist“ has been here all along, lol…….I hope I’m ”Really” wrong about the way I think our game is going to go……but back to the food

Gonna just do hot wings made at the crib because not only is ordering them out crazy expensive, they also seem to be the size of sparrow wings….at least at many of the places here.

here’s to a big win today!……this fan base badly needs it.

Rusty, have you ever made pasta from scratch? Semolina, bread flour, eggs , olive oil and your in business. once you make it you’ll never go back to the dry boxed stuff.

you can find pasta makers at goodwill and used online super cheap because people don’t want to go through the trouble. If I make lasagna, I roll out sheets and can build and cook the lasagna without having to boil the pasta first…..it’s a show stopper

Lots of chicken fajitas with every kind of pepper with the "hot exceptions". Nothing hotter than a happy leno. Homemade guac and of course some whiskey to wash it all down.
