Dak faithful, state your case for the need to play Dak in 2023

Hurts is on a rookie second round contract. Dak wanted his money and lost his toys. He now sucks, he looked great in 2016 when that offensive talent was great.

1. He is a great representative for our franchise.
2. Says all the right things in interviews.
3. Is very marketable
4. Our revenue has gone up since he took over the starting QB spot.

Because he’s a good story. I genuinely believe that’s why the Jones’ keep him. That way, if Dak ever does find a way to win it all, the Jones’ can “take credit” for doing it with their guy.

We didn't do anything when Dak was on that 4th round rookie contract. We literally went bargain shopping and had a 2nd round playoff exit. nothing changed. Stephen penny pincher jones is really holding back this franchise

I'd love if our FO stopped trying to make him Aaron Rodgers and carry the team. he can't do it. STACK THE DECK. It's frustrating seeing our FO think they are drafting geniuses and only using the draft and treating free agency like ross, where they are shopping for bargains

7 years should show everyone that we cant win with him.

These type of losses have plagued his career. Last year he had all the weapons and homefield, didnt get it done

This year, his defense held it down, he couldnt get us 20 points smh

There is zero financial incentive to move on from him this year unless someone agrees to take on his contract in a trade and he waives his no trade clause. I actually think someone would probably take his contract for 2 years for a late round pick

You said he is top ten did you not? If he really is top ten he will play like a top ten QB regardless. He’s not gonna wet the bed and throw the ball to the wrong team. It’s easy to be good against lesser opponents.

Dak is not Elite, but for some reason our coaching staff gives him free reign like he is Mahomes or Brady. When Dak has to go through multiple reads thats when he makes mistakes and forces balls. He needs to be reeled in. He needs to be a game manager that protects the ball. He needs quick timing passes with the occasional deep ball (similar to Purdy and Hurts). Similar to his rookie season which is still the best season Dak has ever played. Run the the ball 60-70% of the time and hold Daks hand… with a top 5 defense. That’s how we win.
