I'm guessing the Cowboy's grade(s) surprises many but it shouldn't. Jerry the GM and Jerry the owner are two different people. Don't confuse caring with in component, Jerry has always cared about his own and wanted nothing but the best. Jerry the GM making personnel decisions........well (lol)

One of our core jobs as a union is to improve the overall working conditions for our players, which includes the daily experience of players at the team facilities away from the lights and cameras.

1,300 of our players provided information to share with one another about their current club, to not only help them make important career decisions, but also help raise standards across the league.

Our goals were to highlight positive clubs, identify areas that could use improvement, and highlight best practices and standards. To learn more about the background of this initiative, read a note from President

This is a tale as old as time.

At the lower levels of competition great facilities and support builds winning high school and college programs. At the professional levels or the highest levels those creature comforts don't relate to a hill of beans in terms of performance.

Tenacity, grit, determination and drive for excellence is what matters if you want to be the best. Having the best daycare in the league doesn't make you a smarter or better football player.

It's great the Cowboys treat their staff well...if this was a government facility, but its mandate isn't to be the best facility. The mandate is to win the SuperBowl.

Unless that isn't true and we have other designs as a team.

Ok, go play in a vacant weeded uneven rock strewn field after having to dress in a barn in rags. Oh and you buy your own food. And the training equipment consists of one set of barbells.

Then go up against a team with all we have.

this doesnt shock me

When it comes to the business side only Jerry Jones really does a great job with the facilities and what not

I used to practice football on an uneven field, and receivers had to compensate their routes when they were running up the hill portion of the field

How do player know unless they've played for all teams...

I don't know if it's the same thing you're talking about, but my high school field had to be 2-3 feet higher in the center than at the sidelines. You were running uphill. A sweep was all downhill.

"1,300 of our players provided information to share with one another about their current club"..they only reported about their own....and, the Commanders are dead last

A crown. Texas Stadium was like that for drainage purposes.

I see Washington solidified their status as a first-class garbage organization.

Speaking truth about Jerry

I am not surprised the players association loves the Cowboys ....... as long as you kiss Jerry's butt you can stay here forever no matter how poorly you play.

No fan here is a Cowboys "hater". Those who use this term in every post possible lower the value of their posts. Wanting the Cowboys to be better is not hating the team. Come back when you're in your 6th decade as a fan

Noice, looks like I realed in a beautiful middle aged 240lb, balding, football expert. One cast was all it took. Lol

I'm kidding my guy. 5th place does nothing for me.

Big surprise. The RICHEST franchise has some of the nicest toys. Who'd a thunk it...? No renovations required of the trophy area though. Bummer.
