Stephon Diggs, Brandin Cooks, Mike Evans, and DeAndre Hopkins are not cheap…and not that young either. Hopkins is 30; all others are 29. All currently on deals paying them between $20 and $30 mil/season.

Worth it? If so, which one? If we are paying Cedee Lamb soon, a move like this doesn’t seem like a good one to me.

The problem is there are many teams that need a number 1 wideout who would trade draft capital and pay these guys as well. Thank goodness we hit on CeeDee. I would call Denver and see what they want for that receiver they drafted in front of CeeDee. His salary is manageable for this season.

DRAFT!!!!

I'm not touching any.. Juju Smith, Allen Lazard, DJ Chark, Mecole Hardman, Marvin Jones is where i'm at..

At this point we may have to, how can we afford to pay him and ceedee 20+ million

Evans is the best of the current bunch with Stephon a close 2nd.

Having said that a name I don’t here much around here is Jakobi Myers from NE. He’s a FA this year and this dude can play. We don’t need two #1’s we need an awesome #2.

NONE we can get one without draft pick and not a ridiculous cost for an older payer. goes for Ramseys as well.

new list please. lets be real this is for WR2 or 2A at under 16per on short team friendly deal. .. those are cooper prices and no way they should or will do that, overpaid older vets at huge elite contract, NOPE

Myers is a slow possession type WR. I would like to have more speed and playmaking ability at WR. His 40 time was 4.63.

I think Evans and Cooks make the most sense and are the most realistic.

I wonder what the deal with Michael Thomas is?

Of course the draft is the preferred route but just look at Tolbert as a cautionary tale and remember that on paper (which is never fool proof) this is a weak wide receiver draft.

Then factor in - we come into the year hoping Gallup returns to form. I have no issues with them looking for proven help at the position as long as the draft capital isn’t really significant

Seems to me if Cedee Lamb is going to be signed in the near future to a big contract and with Gallup already signed, seems that it would make little sense to acquire one of these guys at their price point.
We can move on from Gallup after next year to get his contract off the books…

It will be an expensive WR next season but for our biggest need well worth it IMO.
