Give me Diggs, the guy catches everything and has a knack of getting open. I don't care how you do it but just make the numbers work. No WR in this draft class would command the respect of defenses in what Diggs bring to the table.

Stephon Diggs, Brandin Cooks, Mike Evans, and DeAndre Hopkins are not cheap…and not that young either. Hopkins is 30; all others are 29. All currently on deals paying them between $20 and $30 mil/season.

Worth it? If so, which one? If we are paying Cedee Lamb soon, a move like this doesn’t seem like a good one to me.

Jerry Dumbo GM blew it by giving away the then 27 year old 4.4 40 yd dash with unreal short shuttle and cone drill numbers who would only cost you $20M per year. Dumbo GM.

Those are the caps hits for their current teams, not their cost to a new team.

For a new team after trade:
Cooks 18M
Evans 14.5M
Hopkins 19.45M

I think Evans and Cooks make the most sense and are the most realistic.

I wonder what the deal with Michael Thomas is?
I think the Texans end up trading Cooks for a 4th round pick.

Just sign OBJ to a similar contract given to Gallup, not over 20 million and draft capital or just draft one

A hard pass on everyone, especially digs. I don’t even want to Diggs we have.

Why can't we just go with our guys? Cee Dee, Gallup and Tolbert? Coach him up a little and roll with it.

I heard they were looking for a 2nd last year. Would be surprised ****’s less than a 3rd.
A lot of talk that they really want to dump his contract.

The fact that the new team has to pay him 18M in 2023 limits the trade partners.

Stephen Jones wanted the Texans to pay his salary if they wanted a 3rd round pick ( i.e. Cowboys get him for league minimum).

Unless they can get out of those contacts after one year no way do you trade for one of them. Giving up draft capital and tacking up a huge cap hit when you have to pay CD soon just does not make sense. WR's can be had all over the draft and most are contributing in year one. Maybe Tolbert steps up this year and they draft a WR in the second round that's good enough. Go after the o-line and d-line before you give up that much for a WR on their back nine.

Yo...Im just going by what he says. Youre speculating. Im saying why give up a lot if we want to run...HIS WORDS.

If you want to say I dont make sense...I guess we can agree to disagree.

I know coaches lie to media all the time. I saw a post early showing Mike's run history with GB that suggests he isnt a run guy. Im aware.

Im just pointing out that based on what he is saying...I would not give up too much for WR...especially if older and on a large contract.

But go ahead and gas-light me and tell me I dont make sense.

I don't know what point you're trying to make...

This would make no sense whatsoever.
You don't pay that salary and picks for a non qb player.
Hope Jerry has learned his lesson with Joey Galloway and Roy Williams
