Why would anyone be more apt not to believe the employee instead of Irvin with his history?
I'm not referring to the case. I was referring to a member defending another member despite multiple posts clearly showing said member to be an antagonist.

You and your "history" comments are at the level of beating a dead horse, repeatedly. We get it. You base the present from the past. Hey, what about the time it was proven false allegations were made against Irvin and Erik Williams? Why does that past incident not seem notable to you? Nevermind.

If the Marriott believed it was credible enough to remove him and the NFL network enough to suspend his services I’m more apt to believe in their judgement than someone with his history along having admitted to have been drinking.

Doesn’t mean he’s completely guilty. Inappropriate behavior isn’t necessarily criminal act. It’s a judgement call. But until further evidence proves otherwise I’m more apt to side with the employee, Marriott and NFL.

For me, it's about the fact that she walked up to him.
He didn't approach her. Hotel policy should have a paragraph or two about not running up to famous customers.
Now, think about it from Irvin's viewpoint. Women run up to athletes, movie stars, rock stars wanting a one-night experience they can tell their ho girlfriends about.
It's just the world we live in.

Did you click the link inside the story titled "explained in a Saturday item here"? Marriot claims he flagged her down.

Well, that's 180 degree turn from what was initially reported and witnessed.
Marriott also came out to say that hotel wasn't really a Marriott. Sketchy claims from all sides.

Marriott is an evil corrupt greedy business and Michael Irvin was a great charismatic player who was also a womanizing, drug using, teammate stabbing pos.

I'm conflicted about who to believe.

Click that link. It says everything she claimed to have happened.
I want to see the video.
I mean, I know women never lie and are all delicate flowers, but I'd still like to see proof. Irvin slapping himself three times would be the hottest new meme on social media... lol

If he’d been drinking there possibly was a good reason this employee approached him.

So, you can’t imagine Irvin behaving inappropriately?

Still not going to admit you were wrong for lumping me into the group that says Irvin is probably guilty due to his past indiscretions when I spoke to the opposite, eh? I thought so. That's 3 times I've pointed it out now for you to avoid. Do the guilty avoid things? Lol. And you did that as you were accusing me of lumping others into groups just like above. Pride is indeed a powerful thing, ain't it? Is that why you now pull the "I don't have time for folks like you" exit strategy when faced with something you don't want to address? Think I haven't seen that before with other fanbois? That's how they became fanbois, you know. Lol.
I always have time for you!

and hey... I'm just saying

Don't dish it if you can't take it. Or control your getting mad.
Dish what?
Take what?
Anyone who doesn't agree with you is "mad, emotional, etc."

Learn to use "your" and "you're" properly, counselor.
Wouldn't want you to make a mistake on your legal documents.

If we had more evidence against this particular employee making false or fabricated accusations against other guest I’d be more willing to listen .
