It's new at Wendy's, and it's pretty darn good! Almost too spicy, but not really, which is perfect, IMO. Topped with onion crisps, which are a little messy, if you don't eat over the wrapper. I definitely recommend giving it a try.

The Wendy's regular spicy chicken sandwiches were always one of my favorites. I will have to give this one a try.

Speaking of ghost pepper, I tried the ghost pepper wings from Popeyes. Not only are they not spicy, they taste like crap. I do not recommend.

I quit eating Wendy's a long time ago when they replaced their old buns (see photo) with taste-like-store-bought buns years ago.

They also ruined their fries (IMO of course) from back in the day. Before they went with the 'natural cut sea salt' fries. They used to be much, much better.
When I'm in a "don't care if it's healthy" mood, I opt for the Frosty, instead of fries. It's weird though, I had one last week from a different Wendy's than the one today, and it was so good, it's the reason I got one today. Today's was bland by comparison.

Wendys chicken nuggets shrinking and no longer being 5 for 99cents was a bigger blow than braums 1/3 lb burgers turning into 1/4 lb burgers at the same price

The Wendy's 4 for 4 saw me through a lot of tough times in life.
That was Jack in the Box for me. In my early 20s we lived down the street from one and for $3 I could get a Jumbo Jack, a chicken sandwich, and 2 tacos. lol Those were all on the value menu back then. Crazy to think about because I think the Jumbo Jack is like $5 now. Got me through my bachelor days though.

Oh I did Jack in the Box as well, they had a great value menu. The Del Taco's $ menu was another big one for me. They had 14 items $1 or less back in the day. Now it's 20 items under $2. Taco Bell's Cravings menu didn't offer much, but I did eat a lot of spicy potato soft tacos. Our local Jack in the Box has a late night menu now that has a Snoop Munchie Meal designed by Snoop Dog.

I’ll have to give it a try. Wendy’s regular spicy chicken sandwich has always been one of my faves. (Better than chik fil a, don’t @ me)

I was on the East Coast last week and got one.
they said that they no longer have vanilla.
Is that true in Texas?

I agree, had it a couple weeks ago. Tried it with the Ghost Pepper Fries, which also has similar heat. If Burger King brings it back this Fall, I highly recommend trying the Ghost Pepper Whopper.
