The 94 Cowboys would have been the best if not for Jerry Jones

Jimmy coaching that team I'm not so sure we lose 2 games and am pretty sure we land home field and the championship game woulda been different. In 94 we still had Harper and drafted Larry Allen and all the other core and role players. What a great team but sadly they just couldn't get over the HC and the Niners were stacked but again I think we win with Jimmy.

One man’s ego destroyed a dynasty smh
It also helped build the same dynasty...with the good you get the bad...but I highly doubt anyone would give up those 3 superbowls in those 4 years...unfortunately he just made so many mistakes after that we have wasted nearly 30 years

I think that team was better than the 95 team that did win the SB. With Jimmy there I think we had a good shot to three-peat.
i agree that team was much better than the 95 team

we just ran into a 49ers team with destiny on their side

if not for that i honestly think we beat the chargers by 50 in the SB and thats no joke

Why would you have to give them up? It shoulda been 4-5 and the goat talk woulda been Aikman over Montana.......well of course until Brady showed up lol

I don't think there is any question that the '94 team was better. I think the Cowboys got lucky that the Packers beat the 49ers in the playoffs, or else I don't believe we beat the 49ers. I remember being so happy that the Packers won that game.

I'm just saying, if we criticize the bad we still have to remember the good that came from the same ego, that's all...

And the whole give them up comment was if we had not had Jerry Jones and had gone another route with the owner and could have had an entirely different outcome

Yes it doesn’t all happen if Jerry doesn’t purchase the team but sadly the best move he ever made he got rid of because of his ego and his ego still lives on 1000000% hence no ring for Jimmy

Two. Jimmy shouldn't go unblamed. His ego was just as big as Jerry's. Now, Jerry's ego has kept hurting us ever since.
No that’s lazy. Jimmy gave and demoted his life to that team. He molded it, he influenced it, he created it. He made them winners. He was the psychologist who made it all happen. For the owner to disrespect him the way he did, getting drunk and saying he could get anyone to coach that team was the ultimate disrespect. It’s not like Jimmy got drunk and came out and **** talked Jerry. It was 100% Jerry’s fault.

And Steve Young doesn’t get that canton bust and the 90s niners are in the dustbin of history

It's not lazy. It is correct. Jimmy shares the blame.
