Pre seasons around the corner will get to see plenty of them last year everyone thought Will Greir won the job they didn't want anything to do with Cooper rush... I'll trust that the coaches will make the right choices for the roster spots and they were correct last year and they'll probably pick the best one this year...

Both have had some good moments.
Report from yesterday that the Cowboys are considering Prescott not getting any preseason game action; so perhaps there will be an open competition for QB2 between Rush and Grier.

They look to be in good shape at backup qb. Grier is actually competing with Rush.

Report from yesterday that the Cowboys are considering Prescott not getting any preseason game action; so perhaps there will be an open competition for QB2 between Rush and Grier.

It’s Rushes job to lose. Will Grier would have to totally out play Rush to replace him as a backup. The Cowboys have confidence in Rush, he’s 5-1. Will Grier on the other hand is 0-2 as a starter in the NFL with a 53.8 completion percentage.

No great--it is backup QB afterall-- but fine

It’s Rushes job to lose. Will Grier would have to totally out play Rush to replace him as a backup.

They didn’t Re sign Cooper to be 3rd QB . He’s the back up with Grier PS . I thought they brought DiNucci back but I read he’s in Denver . Good luck

Griers more talented but in the past, Rush has had a much better grasp of the offense. It’s a new year so the competition in the preseason games should be fun.
