Parsons on Jalen Carter

LOL......He's going to be trouble for us a long time unless he self-destructs.

That's nothing! The Center didn't do anything to try to legitimately block Carter. Look at the Center all timid comes straight up, does not even fire out, never used his helmet to fire out and hit Jalen Carter straight in the chest, plus never stayed square to best use his hands inside to contain, push and drive. The only reason Jalen Carter won that match so easily had more to do with that Vikings Center's poor run blocking technique.

Micah needs to stop praising darn Eagles!

Makes no sense considering the run was going to the right. If he stays where he is, Carter probably doesn’t make that play. He basically threw a lookout block.
The center's footwork was really bad on that play, and I like how the left guard just whiffed trying to block the blitzer. That is a bad O-line the Vikes have.

Rookie defensive tackles never make much of an impact. Carter will be no different.

I saw that play last night, and the OL never even put his hands up to block, pathetic on his part more than great play by carter

Micah is right and I feel SICK about that. Like HOW did the rest of the league let that happen?!? I understand what happened in his past...but once he made the draft...you gotta be kidding me.
10th isn’t really that egregious. we only think so because of the landing spot. we got micah at 12. just is what it is

I don't think he's going to be great this year. I'll bet he's significantly better next year. I was watching the other DT, and he was dominating. He was slightly above average his rookie year last year, but looks All-Pro this year. Jordan Davis. I didn't notice Hassan Reddick. I know he had hand surgery, and vowed to be back for the patriots game. I watched that game and didn't see him, but saw one tackle on the stat sheet. I didn't see him last night and his name isn't on the stat sheet. It doesn't look that hand is healed. I haven't heard his name yet. Watching their defense they are considerably better at stopping the run this year. I can't tell about the linebackers, or dB's because much of the starters are out injured. I thought Minnesota would have a field day against that secondary, and scoreboard. Very disappointed.
