Offseason priority? A new LT

Asim Richards has very good potential. He just needs some game experience and to get stronger. I would start Asim over Edoga right now at Left Tackle.

I love Tyron. He was a dominant machine here for years. One of the best LTs in football. But his injuries make him unreliable. It's almost a given that he's going to spend time on the bench during the season now. And today, we find out he's out a 2nd game and honestly, it wouldn't surprise me if he's out a few more.

Cowboys need to move past him as painful as that is. If the plan is to move Tyler to LT, then great. Go find a legit LG this offseason. Draft a stud.

But counting on Tyron at this point is just fools gold. Our GM is a moron if he convinces himself next season will be different.

LT will be tough to swing. We are probably a 10-12 win team. Its doable with luck or a trade up if the class is deep, but wouldn't count on an starting caliber LT prospect being available to us in the draft.

Tyler to LT is most likely. LG is easier to fill anyways.

I believe their plan would be moving Tyler to LT and drafting a plug/play guard, but also they are going to need to address Biadz who will be a fa and Martin getting older. Heard this is an excellent Center class, perhaps they draft a Guard/Center as they really have nothing behind Biaz.

Generally speaking, isn't the off-season the time to address needs from previous years?

I mean sure, there is always a possibility of a trade, but who is going to trade a starting caliber LT?
