We need young, innovative types.

These old, washed up, recycled, formerly fired HC have been left behind and surpassed.

We need a young coordinator or college HC to come in with new ideas and modern playbooks.

Dan Quinn is a fine coordinator, but he’s not a HC. If another team wants to take that chance then let them.

Dan believed his hype last game. He came in, all in black, and got his butt kicked. He's no head coach.

Yes, because he and his unit were the only ones to shine in the match up.

The only positive would be if he found a Shanahan clone to be OC.

Quinn is part of the problem right now, the same as Garrett was back in 2010 when he was promoted after Wade got fired. Promoting him isn't a solution, it's more like sticking your finger into a leaky hole in the dam.

I'm fine with Quinn as head coach as long as he's still the playcalling DC. Those guys love him.

I like the young OC idea, but you need the QB to do it.

QB first, then coordinator. Kellen might have been the right guy, but he couldn't successfully run what he wanted.

I don't disagree with this. I do believe we need to get younger. I want a young and up and coming coach from a solid coaching tree. However, Jerry just wants to feel safe. He doesn't want anyone to buck the system which has been the problem all these years.

I like DQ, but I get this line of thinking. Just get a fresh face, culture, and thinking in the locker room.
