One of the reasons that attracted Dak to the Cowboys as a college player was his leadership abilities. It's evident in his years of being a cowboy that he's a great leader, he can galvanize the troops, and say the right things. With that said, there's more to being a leader than just these things. A leader on the football field also needs to be a winner for you as well. We all know what this team needs, we've been lacking it for 20+ seasons. This is the Dallas Cowboys, America's team, when you're the QB of the Dallas Cowboys, so many great things can take off for you monetarily. In the end, none of the fortune and fame can get you to play better if you're regressing, and no one is telling you about yourself. Please give your thoughts, it's good to be a leader, but we need wins!

Rarely changes plays to anything other than the 2 options given to him. i think a leader has to recognize and make changes on the fly and demand his skill players step up.

Agree with everyone else. You may be cool in the huddle, smart with defenses, a great teammate, but ultimately you have to win and make plays when needed to keep that 'leader' tag.

Yeah at year 2-4 you'd say that, we're at 8 lol, like come on he needs to be thinking about what he's doing to do after football, getting better isn't happening, SAME ISSUES every year like what the hell!??? So let's keep paying him because you know he'll have a few good games for us, me, you and everyone else will call him the chosen one, the chosen one will then let us down!!!! End of story, he's the highest paid qb in history!!
