Well, There you go...crazy ending.
Brain--i was indisposed and could not watch even half game....might you share if Cowboys got ripped off on any bad ref calls or our players making bad plays

instead of stepping up?....

That’s such a bad call. Gilmore was in better position than Brown AND is looking back at the ball the entire time. He’s entitled to his position as much as Brown there. There’s no way that is the correct penalty call.
mr Key----oh man so an obvious bad ref call that can determine outcome of game????......i have to endure 72 hours in am inconsolable

The Cowboys didn’t lose to the Eagles, they lost to the Cowboys and Steele
mr Botched----could you elaborate for someone who could not see game....how bad calls mixed with shooting ourselves in foot helped us to lose?

People keep saying he “took” a sack. He had no time due to Steele. He didn’t take a sack. He was sacked due to Steele being a turnstile.
Disagree and the tape does NOT support this.

Dak had 3.6 seconds from snap to first defender contact. Yes that is a 'short' window and of course we would prefer Steele to hold BUT that for most NFL QBs that is long enough to make a throw, particularly on 6-10 yard goal line plays. In fact the tape shows that Dak had Turpin and Ferguson ahead of their defenders and could have thrown a ball deeper into the EndZone.. best case the receiver runs on to it.. worst case it is OOB and we get another 3 shots.

I'm not saying Steele did well or that it was ideal.. but Dak has long enough to plant his feet and find a throw. He pulls his SECOND hitch down and turns back into the defender. It is just a monumentally stupid play by our QB.. best case scenario we now have him on a broken play searching for an option, at risk of sack.. and the seconds being burnt off the clock. There was NO good outcome the moment Dak pulled the ball back.

Sorry.. I can agree he played well until that point or whatever.. but he stuffed that play and, in reality, ended that game with a single crucial bad decision. The real problem is that it is a bad decision we have seen him make time and time and time again. It is the same problem he has with needing receivers to be open for literal seconds before he releases the ball. These are well known flaws of Dak and time and time again, in the clutch, we see them cost us games.

I don't care what his stats were or how good he played for the rest of the game.. it is those moments that determine if you are a 'good' team or one that can win a SB. We are a good team. We are not good enough to win a SB with Dak as our QB.

Typical, throw it short of where it needs to be :banghead:
He threw it to the receiver. The defenders were in the endzone, the receiver was at the 3, so the best choice was to the Dallas receiver and hope he could stick it in.

Better chance at a batted ball in the endzone, Lamb had no chance with five guys behind him. They should have had a guy running past Lamb in front to pitch to, maybe they did but screwed it up.

Too many close calls this game. The Ferguson non-TD and Dak stepping out of bounds stung. Steele was a liability all night and we didn't do enough to give him some help. This franchise refuses to adjust to pressure. No run game whatsover. Dropped passes and how about the refs tonight? We were fighting so many battles tonight I'm surprised we didn't get blown out.

i did see the Dak stepping out of bounds....that is SO on DAK...come on man....control your body....it was not that sharp of a cut so its not like you had to change

directions too fast and momentum carried you out of bounds....you showed lack of awareness of where sideline was....if we get that 2...we could have kicked FG\

to at least tie game at end?....and live to do better in OT?

You have to throw your last pass into the end zone to have any shot.

Btw on a side note. My son and I do BW3 for wings..and me a beer..every Sunday after his soccer. We got there right after half tonight and a little over half the fans were Eagle fans. This is off 635 in Irving/Coppell area since the Grapevine one is trash. Where are these folks coming from?
