Stop telling us that PFF says we have a top 5 offensive line

No I didn’t. What I said was there was nothing available at the deadline. The time to fix this line was the offseason not the trade deadline. It’s too late then. But to off and tell me about the imaginary guard or right tackle that was out there.

In fairness, we do have a second round pick that Jerry often wastes that maybe could've been used, but unfortunately, it probably was too late by then anyway. Even worse, Dak is going to have to put up with Steele for another year or two before they can get out of his contract.

He checks in with a robust 45.4 overall (35.0 pass blocking grade). He's #73 out of 76 rated tackles, only ahead of Josh Ezeudu (Giants), Vederian Lowe (Patriots) and the great Evan Neal (Giants - overall grade of 39.8). Steele has allowed 6 sacks, 6 QB hits, 16 hurries and 28 pressures.
You know it's bad when he's being compared to the Giants OL.

Yeah everyone’s favorite pick Torrence was there. I have no argument for why they picked Schoonmaker. I don’t get why they didn’t have faith in Ferguson….maybe people want to make the argument of two tight end sets but then they traded for Cooks and they had Tolbert so I don’t get why they wanted to invest that high of a pick in a TE.

Exactly, the FO's planning this offseason was, sadly, predictably illogical. TE didn't have to be picked in the second round. If they wanted a 2 Te set, then why not pick one of the many TEs in round 4 instead of DE Fehoko who hasn't played at all? Torrence was a much bigger need in round 2. Heck, if they couldn't go Torrence, then at least get Charbonney in round 2. At least then, we might've had a back that is suitable for running up the middle. Unfortunately, Jerry wasting a 2nd round pick isn't uncommon. This is why I wanted him to deal it for DH. Maybe it doesn't fix the oline, but it builds our oline at least. I am curious to see for whom Jerry wastes the second round pick.

I want our second round picks I just want him to draft better there lol. It’s nothing against Schoonmsker I see what they liked I just don’t want it in the second or at all lol.

They aren’t doing much to stop our run game. There’s no stacking the box there’s no emphasis on stopping the run. No team sits there and says beat us passing lol…it sounds great in theory but no.
Well if you think my agrumentation is based on theory then i guess you are able to back up what you wrote with some hard facts ?!

We are not going to get elite RB numbers with scrubs.

Dak has to get the ball out quicker.

Our RT needs to sit. At least help him.

Our offense is basic.

Your player evaluations are LOL.

You are consistently wrong. Then when you get called out you play semantics. It's adorable.
The guy who thought Steele was really good is telling the guy who thought Steele was a JAG that his player evaluations are funny.

Ferguson still had to prove himself with this season's success...

I mean I guess but that goes for a lot of guys. They trusted him enough to draft him last year….when did they lose trust on him?
I said nothing about trust. The team put trust in the original drafting day. He wasn't a top pick, but his value had to be taught and for top shelf, proven...that's all.

I wasn't implying the usual stupid Jerry stuff...until fully proven and with track record, that had to be protected.

Now there are two good tight ends and at some point, trade value in the bank.

I'm enjoying his production. He needs to develop rock solid in receptions still...

Funny how you admit to your evaluations when it suits you. Still waiting on some truth about Osa. I guess you'll wait it out and see if his second half of season sucks before admission.

It doesn't take a genius to see we have a coaching problem on the line. They are almost all regressing.

Look at him search for firmer ground.

Now he wants to bring up that time I called Osa a JAG except I never did and his proof was a post of mine calling him maybe a starter but probably not a very good one.

He's desperate. But I'd be too if I was dumb enough to think Terence friggin Steele was a franchise RT.

Because they may be ranked high as a GROUP thanks to Tyler, Tyron and Martin's individual grades but there is nothing top 5 about anyone on the line capable of doing this:

This is what i’ve been saying. If tyron, tyler, and zack are as good as advertised (and they are) you can’t tell me biadasz is also good lol. I watch the games. Can’t fool me. we haven’t been able to run up the gut since frederick retired. Also Terrence steele worth 17mil? No.

Yeah it doesn’t add up. Everyone on that line is good but as a unit they suck? Something isn’t right lol.

NFL lines in general are awful.

Dallas is way above average.
