Same dudes claiming it was dirty were the ones cheering the stiff arm. Same thing if he carrier him to the end zone and scored that way

The fact that a stiff arm is legal is crazy. Blasting someone in the head is not allowed anywhere else but as long as it generates more offense all is good.
It's an offensive tool, just as is leading with one's helmet...offensively.

Personally if it were the other way around I'd be feeling a little sketchy about it.

..hey, the guy is paid to bring man down.

Offense player using advantage of stiff arm. Defender taking advantage of Stiff arm for tackle.

I don't think it was a dirty take down, but I can see why someone might think so.

Bell was trying to tackle Goedert, and Goedert was trying to break a tackle, and unfortunately in a contact sport, sometimes players get hurt.

I mean, it's like saying the Giants defender was dirty when Dak stiff-armed him and he ended up landing on Dak's leg, breaking his ankle.

This is football people.

NFL should rewrite the stiff arm rule. No stiff arms to the face or head. Only to the chest or upper body. Technically, Goedert initiated contact with Bell, offering up his arm. Bell grabbed it. Similar to how tackling someone by their long hair that extends outside of the helmet is legal.

I tell ya, it just breaks my heart to know that the philly fans think this was a dirty play. Pot, kettle, black.

Boo hoo!!

Not even close to being a dirty tackle.

Its actually quite ironic that Eagles fans are complaining about a "legal" tactic that a Cowboys player uses effectively within the guidelines of the rulebook. Then, those same fans call out anyone who complains about their rugby scrum/push tush as crybabies because the Eagles are good at it. Hmmm
