If we fail to get past the divisional round should Mike McCarthy lose his job?

It just sorta feels like we're stuck with Dak stuck with this roster and we are what we are I mean what are we going to solve by paying Dak 60 million Micah 35 million and CeeDee 30 million? You're just paying more for the players you already have and hope things get better. Usually when you're stuck with a roster that can't win you fire the coach.

Yes...but then you realize that Jerry will replace him with Dan Quinn (and maybe even force a return of Kellen Moore as OC)

McCarthy will be fired at the end of the season and Dak will be sent packing. Mark my words.

obviously yes, this team has accomplished nothing but beating up on bad teams in a league full of terrible QBs

It depends, can we get Ben Johnson from Detroit to replace him? You don’t ditch Mike without a viable replacement

Yes. This roster is as good as any team in the league. The coaching is not.

What has Mike McCarthy shown in 4 years in Dallas, 17 years overall, that makes anyone think he would evolve and improve with another year? He is who he is, which is an average to good head coach. He is not elite, especially not in today's NFL.

McCarthy is a name coach that Jerry is comfortable with. He's the illusion of a top NFL coach.

They literally had 12 unsuccessful plays in a row today on offense. Where's the playcall that McCarthy knows will work against the defense? The money play he knows can get them out of a funk? I think he comes into a game with a decent enough plan but when the NFL-caliber coaches on the other sideline throw things at the Cowboys, he is clueless/helpless to do anything about it. He lives off of Dak pulling a play out of his behind,
