Philadelphia Media Rips Eagles, Calls for Coach Nick Sirianni Firing After Meltdown

The thing that is bothering me about Hurts right now is the thing I championed him for in the past-- his poise and leadership.

I'm not writing the guy off because I do think he'll bounce back, but if I were a Philly fan I'd be concerned for sure.
People thought the same thing about Wentz when he was in the draft

People thought Wentz was a leader?

I don't remember that, but that's hilarious.

Wentz was always a cornball, and I never thought it would bode well in Philly long term.

wentz lead his team over a team we can't beat yesterday

Firing Sirianni would be just as ridiculous as firing McCarthy.
Agreed. He just took the team to the Super Bowl last year. Firing his coordinators would not be since obviously change is needed. Now, I'd prefer they keep the staff intact and consider Philly's fall an aberration.

If I could figure out how to post a gif in here...you'd be seeing the head-nodding gif of Sirianni's yellowy face.

This team has imploded. Unless they are saving it for playoffs this team is done..

Yes. In the lead up to the 2016 draft that was a big reason why he rose from 2nd round prospect to a player teams fought over to trade into #2

That's wild. I really don't remember that, but I learn new things all the time.
