Last thread got whacked (why?) but posting this again. This is the cultural change we need. He’s a winner. He’s won at multiple levels. He can straight up coach and certainly won’t produce the softness we’ve grown accustomed to from Phillips, Garrett, Wilson and now McCarthy. We need toughness, discipline and a team with an edge.

Please get Jim Harbaugh. This is the best roster he can get this offseason.

I don't think it's time to fire MM just yet. How about we get him a QB and defense that doesn't choke and see about that first?

I'm not saying he's the coach to get us to the promised land, but I think Dak is going to sink any possible replacement so why bother until our chokemaster general (QB) is replaced.

I agree. Belicheck won’t go unless they give him some control. He can fix defense. Parcells went there but he needed $ for a divorce, only reason he went there.
McDaniels would fix that offense easily,

I warned you guys and some of you thought I was nuts. Look past the gawdy 12 win seasons. Look at how his teams fared against high quality opponents. Look at how his teams fared against teams with winning records. Look at how his teams petered out on GB near the end of his run.

McCarthy is a decent coach at this point. Getting boucned YET AGAIN early, like Garrett before him, should be a sign to literally every fan that he's just not good enough.

Seriously, why do some of you make such excuses for mediocre coaches. McCarthy isn't a new QB away from taking this team to another level.

The Cowboys QB just led the league in TD passes. That's better than anything he's had throughout his career, excluding Tom Brady.
