If you feel HC needs to be fired...post it in here. Vent away at the HC as he has deserved it today. Has been completely out coached.
It feels wrong to fire somebody when they were set up for failure on day one,,, though I'd go along with it for the simple reason this team needs a coach that values physicality and is willing to throw down with Jerry on draft day and free agent acquisition.

I think Dak needs to be gone but I have way more faith in a good coach being able to win with Dak than in thinking McCarthy can win if we give him another QB.
I'm the opposite. Dak has proven that he can't get it done. Again, I'm not defending MM. Of the two, however, one has a ring. If Jerry does fire MM, which I am ok with, who could possibly be a good choice that would willingly work for Jerry?

Did someone in Green Bay ring him and offer a bonus? I mean, our guys seriously underestimated this team. They were 9-8. But if you looked at the most recent 10 games, they were as good as any other team. Even I saw that coming. Just crazy how aloof and oblivious he looked out there. No command over this team.

Even he would admit, it's time for him to go. Huge fail. Had to be some drama going on in-house. This team just wasn't focused.

It's a poor time to be shopping for a new head coach, with an unusual number of vacancies this year.

Of course, a new HC means at least a partial rebuild - in terms of philosophy & day-to-day operations, at a minimum. Which would likely mean something on the order of 7-10, rather than 12-5 in year one.

If Mike McCarthy gets fired for today's performance (which I don't think will happen), he can thank Dan Quinn for it.
LOL at blaming Quinn solely for this.

McCarthy is the freaking head coach. Also, his offense crapped the bed for basically 45 minutes.

He's a mediocre HC at this point in his career. Any defense, even minor, of him is sad.

I feel like Quinn is going to take a HC position anyway. I think it depends on how committed Jerry is to Dak. May not want to change the offense 2 years in a row. OL and DL need to do more in the running game.
Man, Pollard just didn't get it done. When it came down to it. I hope we find another back this offseason. Deuce was likely a wasted spot.

McCarthy has a ring from over a decade ago and then **** the bed with a Hall of Fame QB for years. He then gets replaced by a first time HC who then proceeds to win with Rodgers, something McCarthy couldn't do at the end.

McCarthy is stale. His teams are too mistake prone. He's still bad a clock management.

You are fooling yourself if you think McCarthy can win a SB if we just let him go shopping for another QB.
