One of these days he's going to point to the sky and get hit in the face with a hotdog. More focus on the field, Dak, and less pointing out UFO's or whatever the hell you keep pointing to.

Leadership comes in different forms but has some common ingredients

Intensity (can be quiet or vocal)
Dedication to hard work
Putting team goals over personal goals
Performance (you have to actually get it done WHEN it counts for people to believe you can deliver when it counts)

Great teams have 2-3 of these
Generational teams have more

We do not have a single player on this team who fits this

I agree. I'm prob one of a handful of people who don't point at Jerry for everything. A man is a man. I blame the players same way Deion does about this team. 99 percent if this board thinks Jerry doesn't allow leadership. I don't agree with that AT ALL.

Still SMH at y'all!! You should be more outraged by Parsons' comment about "different generation" and how you can't talk to players "like that". There's that narcissistic, self-entitled attitude right there in front of you! Why aren't you more outraged about that vs. some lame comparison between Dak and Aikman?!

I do blame Jerry
You and i can say what we want but it is human nature to see a lot handed to you and be comfortable with that
The culture of entitlement and celebrity that the Joneses have created is the direct cause of our continued mediocrity

That is what I was talking about, what is on the field leadership. I just don't see any from Dak, and then we have some people on here saying, "oh that's the 90's way and doesn't work in todays NFL. Players are motivated differently." I'm like how are players motivated differently? You send them to time out?

Exactly! When I heard him say that, I was like what? Different generation? Man, today's kids make me sick!
