look Im just sayin, the man did his job and it looks odd that the guy running the team on the field gets to keep his job year after year while the guy on the other side is judged more harshly than he. Seems like something deeper there. Why is Shanahan getting a pass? I hope we get wilks here in some capacity because he makes us better day 1.

They could just as easily get a head coaching gig like saleh and Ryan’s did. Sometimes personality’s don’t mesh, probably the case with wilks and Shanahan.

Maybe just MAYBE , he should have trusted Wilks and had faith in his ability to call the right D. I mean, they had held the Chiefs to not even 19 points at the time. I think he undermined Wilks cred and felt threatened by him.

It happens all the time in the nfl. Go watch the over time drive alone and you could see him and wilks disagreeing on coverage. The 49ers will be fine.
