I wish some of our Zoners would follow him.
It’s weird how the Texans are getting credit for being a better team than Dallas despite having a worse record the last 4 seasons. They haven’t done a damn thing.

There’s your next Mahomes. Why are you taking it personal or as a knock on Dallas?

This is not meant to do anything other than celebrate Schultz good fortunes. That was a risky move that worked well For his future.
We don’t know what he’s going to do. If you dare say he’s a much better QB than Dak, there should be some actual evidence for that. Dak had a great rookie year too.

Yeah, but ten years later, Dak has shown that he can’t win clutch games. And Dak had Zeke and that damn good offensive line. Not to take away from what Dak did as a rookie, it’s still hard as hell to win like that as a rookie, but I saw CJ Stroud take over games almost single-handed his rookie year. Very impressive.

1. Its eight years later
2. No one does anything single handedly in football.

Who cares. The cowboys made the absolute right decision not paying and going with Ferguson. Good for Schultz and his family however
Shoulda gone with Ferguson and let Schultz walk a year earlier.
7 figures for Schultz is stupid money. So glad we stopped paying it.

Yeah… well, anyways, getting back on topic, nice move again for Schultz, and good luck to him and his new team that looks promising.

You need to watch him, dear. Nothing premature about it, this kid gets it.
I’ve watched him enough. He shows promise, but he hasn’t actually done it yet, right?

His signature win is over a Browns team starting their 4th QB?

Did you guys forget the 2nd round pick we wasted on a TE? You need more than one.
And again how does that have anything to do with paying Schultz a big contract with all our other cap obligations?

Yes, he has done "it". Run his O at a high level and proved that he can move the ball at an NFL level.

Signature wins is just media stuff trying to sell airtime.

Yeah… that doesn’t mean he’s the next big thing. It means he has a great rookie season that he needs to build on and not be treated as if he’s a Top tier QB already.
