No....they just have a GM.

Every other team is wheeling and dealing too. Plus....Eagles were in top 10 of free cap space believe it or not.

Hurt’s contract is basically 4 years of pittance and then a balloon of cap hits we can get out of. So the difference between Philly and Dallas right now is Dak’s 60m$, which accounts for these signings.
