I'm loving this offseason

This is not going to be a long-winded post. I’m gonna get right to the point.

I never believed in this group whatsoever.

You go down 27-0 At halftime to the Green Bay Packers a team that lost to Tommy DeVito two weeks prior - You do not deserve a rerun you do not deserve a second and third shot.
You do not deserve to have players added Onto the pack of losers that went out there and stained the Star.

Tyron Smith had to go - Neville Gallimore stunk - Tony Pollard didn’t break a run all season and you never give a running back a second contract - Gallup awful … Biadaz Way overmatched - Armstrong inconsistent.
Fowler Jr I liked but he’s aged too.

I won’t miss one stiff

I hope Gilmore is gone as well - washed.

Rico great resigning - Now go get me a center in RD 1 or trade down - draft a tackle - RB - LB - WR.

Pick up a couple smart free agent signings on the cheap —- And see what happens.

Stop complaining, and crying about moves and no moves. This is exactly what has needed to happen to this franchise for over a decade.

I would love to see an offense of line next year that has Hoffman and or TJ Bass with Jackson Powers Johnson up the shoot with Ferguson and Schoonmaker ( I think he can play ) on the outside.

I’m going with the belief that Jimmy set Jerry straight here.

In any event - planned of Jerry stupidity - this is where we belong.
Love your post, I'll wait and see who they draft before i give anyone credit.

This is the same model the Jones Boys have used for a long time.

Those looking for a method to the madness may be sorely disappointed.

Just recently....
  • Instead of Biadasz, it was McGovern, Williams.
  • Instead of Pollard, it was Zeke.
  • Instead of Gallup, it was Dalton.
  • Instead of Armstrong or Fowler, it was Gregory.
  • Instead of Gallimore, it was Hill.
  • Instead of Tyron, it was another high priced vet like Coop.
Only difference is we may get a QB change next year. Their usual cycle is 10 years in the Jones 2000 Era.

McCarthy might be replaced, but when have we not had a lame duck coach after 4 years? Wade then Garrett.

Good historical perspective.

I'm dreaming. We're going to have a horrible year and draft the next franchise quarterback.
Whatever helps you sleep at night, i wont wake you up bro...while your sleeping i'll look for Herschel Walker trades we have currently..

We’ll pick up stragglers and cuts .

Listen- you want Dak extended?

You eat the cap hit this year and try to put on a brave face.
Kinda like going to a wedding of two you know will fail.
That's fine. I wasn't the one trying to dress it up like we are better for it. This team is not as good as last year period.

Letting starters go and doing nothing to replace any of the massive holes was what was needed?

We're seriously going to try 4 or 5 starters in the draft in a year when we're picking late and are missing picks due to the Gilmore and Cooks trade and this is a great plan?

After what happened last year, is it likely that they make 2 trades this year.
I'm throwing out likely or expected or anything known. I can't recall an off season like this. I also would've best my left testicle we'd extend Dak, had I not lost it gambling.

Would be nice to have a #1 overall draft pick.
Then we would have to put up with the mouths Jerry and Deion after Jerry drafted Shedeur Sanders #1 overall in the 2025 draft. What could be worse than that? Jerry deciding to hire Deion as the next HC.

Any fan that’s enjoying this offseason has either become extremely bitter toward the organization and enjoys watching the team lose or is hoping for a high draft pick in 2025 as if that’s going to fix everything. There’s teams that routinely pick in the top 10 and don’t get any better.
“Look at what the Lions did!”

Well, the Lions took 32 years between playoff wins.
