We basically had no off-season. We choose to not participate.

Not sure that has ever been done before in NFL history. Or maybe Owner Jerry fired GM Jethro and just forgot to hire a replacement.

If they are bad, rid themselves of Daks contract and land a top 5 pick is it bad? No

If they play well and make the playoffs?

The worst thing to do is go 9-8 or 8-9 and miss the playoffs

But I hate that the barometer of success by the pundits is being active in free agency in march.

This just might wind up being the worst off-season ever seen in the NFL. Some are speculating that Jerry is quietly breaking down and rebuilding, but I don't think so. I just don't think the JonesBoys really give a damn at this point. Who's gonna fire them?
