The best OL in the 90s gave the Cowboys 3 Super Bowls. Get the 31st best OL in the league and see how good you do. The only position that has the biggest influence on your team is QB and that was simply not going to happen.
Running the ball and protecting the QB is super important. It also makes every QB better.

Yes, I know, but it'd still be a 1 year bridge next season in all likelihood. He will have a chance to see if he can be the future. Otherwise, we're probably drafting someone next year. And, if they're concerned with that with Lance, then there's still nothing stopping them from taking Travis. Especially after what the Falcons did.
no there isnt and i would have 0 problem with them going after a Milton he has to sit for a year anyhow probably could get him pick 174 either he or Travis. Mountainer likes to troll with this is daks last year garbage like hes doing something. I mean this is year number 9 you should be looking to replace a QB in that timeframe unless you have Brady, manning or Mahomes equivelant.
the only reason I root for an extension is because i know it will chap his fanny. he and few others are in same catgory of poster to me.

Last night was a great trade now the only way Jerry can screw it up is if he chases Brooks with that pick. If he doesnt fall into our second round pick then grab another RB. Id rather have LB first then if Devondre Sweat is available I take him with the first 3rd rounder then im going RB I think we can still get a good one with it.

I wouldnt even be opposed to center

You think it was the O-Line? Lol

You think we win 3 Super Bowls with Jason Garrett as the starting QB in the 90s?

PFF rating had the Colts and Falcons as top 5 OLines last season. How’d they do?

LT is one of the most important positions on the team - I don't know what you are talking about there - However I take the best CB in the draft that was a top 10 player when he is sitting there for me at 24!
We tried to pick a LT 2 years ago. Did not pan out. Now again and a very raw guy.
How often will we spend premium picks on one position ?

I’m sorry, but the W/L percentages simply do not lie.

If I am required to chose between denying facts or losing credibility on an internet message board then by all means take the credibility away.
They absolutely lie when you use them the way you are.

On one hand, you are implying the QB is the sole determining factor.

Now you're implying that the LT is the sole determining factor. And you're doing this at the same time that you're sugging that LT is not important.

It's cognitive dissonance.

I trade up for a QB.

Atlantas pick was there for the taking.
While I strongly agree about the need at the QB position, Dallas did not have the draft capital to move up high enough for one of the marquee names.

If Dallas had been willing to trade either Lamb or Parsons, then they would have had the ammunition needed.

The alternative is keep throwing mid-round picks at the position and hope you get lucky. Pratt can play, just watch...

cooper rush has a higher win pct than tom brady. so we already have our qb and lt was a great pick.
