Twitter: Micah not at OTA's practice today

That's my only concern about giving him a truck full of money. I'd take him over anyone as a pure pass rusher, but I really worry about his maturity level to be a leader in the locker room. I need the top 5 guys on my payroll to be more than individual contributors.
Micah has the biggest risk of getting injured and it effecting his future pay day.

I hope him, CeeDee, and Dak hold out all year and are fined to the fullest extent every single week.

If he is getting double and tripled teamed and you think he is not contributing to his teammates success, then you don't understand the game.

MEcah entering his fourth year leading from the front.

Probably stayed away to allow Guyton to build some confidence at LT. No use having Parsons destroying the rookie's mental state.

Players learn from players. Well I guess not in this case.

No big deal for Micah or CeeDee. But many fans freak out to get in the negative vibes.

And if they did show up, the same fans would say, it means nothing, they do not do anything.
It isn't, but I wouldn't be able to blame the players for not feeling motivated to go "all in" after watching the front office's version of "all in."

Giving Micah a huge deal will be foolish. He has the mental makeup of an Instagram model. I hope he eventually is traded.
I have more concerns about his longevity. An undersized DE constantly being double and triple teamed is not a good long term investment.

I think Guyton has enough to work on without having to deal with Parsons. He'll see more than enough of Parsons in training camp.

The Cowboys like to wait out contract extensions for their star players.

The players' only real counter is to skip OTAs and possibly holdout.

This is the result of the Jones standoffish and stubborn approach to contract negotiations.

This too. Guy is too small to play DE. His issue really is that he isn’t built like a modern DE. He has elite jump off the snap, good hands and good balance. His arms are too short and he can’t play with the typical leverage of DE. Instead he has to beat them off the snap or just win on force. Winning on force alone will shorten his career. Good point.

...by now, its known none of the vets show up. Just rooks and newbs.

I don't dispute that he's a hard worker but the production is too inconsistent
It’s because we are caught up on sack totals and I get it sack totals get you paid but he’s still effecting the game more positively then negatively. Double digit sacks every year…..not many doing it.
