first of all they never should have signed CD Lamb... once you signed lamb and made your intent on Michael parsons you had to sign Dak Facts Its was ALL or nothing. say that i'm sorry but no i don't think it's gonna be a multi year rebuild.New staff better play caller and designer on every level with some key additions this offseason and its not hard to be better... this is by far some of the worst play callers/coaching staffs i've ever seen in my life... just the schemes that design they have nothing

Lets start on offense
the most important until is the O-line - we got Tyler and 2 rookies that we dont know about yet.
So you might need 2 - 3 guys.

On D - front 7 all you have is 11 and 13 and need to go to the 3-4,

Back end maybe Diggs and Bland and that iffy.

Not to mention a coaching staff which we know Jethro aint too great at that.

It’s like Jerry doesn’t value the depth clutch kinda guy you know the guy who’s only gonna get 35 catches for 450 yards and 2 tds but 20 of those 35 catches result in first downs or put us from 2nd and 10 to 3rd and 1
