If Jerry soon before he passed decided he wanted to do the right thing and hire a real NFL GM that could be fired if he didn’t produce

Would you forgive Jerry of the last 30 years of non sense

No too many years have been taken off my life, too many missed off seasons and opportunities to better this team, too many word salads, too many drunken news conferences after games and throughout the week, Jerry before he passes owes US an apology!!!

I don’t necessarily view it as about forgiveness. What’s done is done.

If he hired a real GM who then won a Super Bowl. I would at least give Jerry credit for finally doing the right thing and thus winning another title.

I would still think he’s a narcissist though. Because well, he is.

NOPE!!!!!!!!!! There isn't a dam thing Jerry could do to the Cowboy organization that would make me walk up to Jerry if I saw him on the street and say," Jerry, I could never forgive you for 30 long years of that you have spent as an OWNER/GM of the Dallas Cowboys destroying everything that use to be good about this organization! Because of your lousy ego, you have cost this organization numerous SB appearances and should have never been elected into the HOF and should have been forced out of the league when you ran Jimmy Johnson off. You could sell the team tomorrow and I would still hope you rot in hell!".

Seriously?

It's a very good and honest question.

Neither is happening. And GM Jerry isn’t the biggest issue with Jerry. It’s meddling Jerry that’s the biggest issue. Hiring a GM won’t change FA because Jerry would still control the money

If Jerry was to hire a football guy to be the new GM,and Dallas won 2 Super Bowls in a row that would definitely ease the pain a bit. But Jerry has to big of an ego to do anything positive for this once great football team,it has got to be Jerry 's way but it has not worked in 30 years.Sad .
