The rest of it stunk as well. Travis Frederick may have been the best player in that whole draft.

Actually a team did this to the Giants back in the late 80s. They clearly lost the last game of the season just so the Giants didn't make the playoffs. They played their starters. But their starters didn't play, if you know what I mean.

But the last thing they want to do is overdraft just for the sake of drafting one. I would consider signing a vet as a bridge and wait until 2026 draft. That way you can focus on trading down and upgrading other positions.

Funny you say that because I read a couple of nuggets that they may consider him. He certainly better than any quarterback in the draft
