Other than the fact that he is Deion Sanders son, why the heck would anyone with a first round draft pick waste it on this guy?

The kid is ranked around 20th per this years QR ratings.

If anything, I'd be worried exactly how he would progress into a system where daddy isn't calling the shots.

I just keep reading how highly this guy is regarded, and I just don't see it.

Read an article about him this morning about wearing NY Giants cleats in the bowl game last night because he's warming up to the idea of being a Giant apparently. My question is who cares? Would anyone waste a first round pick for this guy?

Sanders to Nabors , with Tracy at RB gives them a chance every week to compete. ANYTHING would be an upgrade for the Giants at QB at this point lol. ALSO, much of whats wrong with the Giants is the HC. I feel he will get fired. Hès trash. Wouldn't be shocked at all if Deion Sanders ends up being the Giant HC in 2025. To coach his son.

It's ok if you don't think he's that good, but made up character traits are the acts of the foolish. Watch any press conference of his, he sounds like a professional.

I think Sanders has some talent but is he 1st round pick talent. He has played lots of games on college and he played for his father all his life plus understands the pressure he will be dealing with. I think it’s about talent with him and I see a second round pick in a real draft situation.

Sanders drifts and scrambles too much for me. I call him a tecmo bowl QB because he goes backwards to throw the ball in some situations and loses several yards getting sacked. Micah would torture that young man if the Giants draft him.

Sanders is a little bit overvalued imho.

Ward turns it over and is inconsistent; Sanders is more hype than reality

Sanders is solid and a good processor. He's ironically not a great athlete with his legs or arm talent.

Ward will be the first QB taken and Shadeur will go high because this QB class is extremely weak outside of Ward.

I really do not see all that much with ward. and now this latest escapade of him quitting at Half Time makes me even more leery of him

If all first round picks were Dak they would have solid careers and make lots of money. The Jaguars wish Lawrence could have had Dak’s career start same for the Jets with Darnold. I get it some you all hate Dak for some odd reason but the guy has been a solid 10 year pro.

Very good except in the most important games
