This is more true than most want to admit. I have read in 2 places this morning where Moore was expressing his disappointment. Being the HC of America's Team still means something no matter how much that Star has been tarnished.

It’s not true actually. They had an interview. If he wanted the job. He would have told Jerry. “I’ll be there once I’m done here.” Let’s discuss the logistics of it at a later date but I’m yours. Price doesn’t matter I want to be the coach.”

Y’all either don’t understand how negotiations work or don’t want to admit that Moore likely turned this team down.

I honestly can't. Out of the two Moore has a strictly better resume and it is not close. Maybe he ends up being better but on paper it is a demonstrative step down.

Can’t rewrite history. McCarthy pushed him out and made it clear he was frustrated with Moore’s playcalling, as were most fans. At best, it could have been mutual, but he is no head coach.

So you're saying that Moore was going to dictate the hiring process? Please. Just because you say you want a job doesn't mean they feel comfortable hiring you. Which is likely what happened.
