well it might seem disappointing but I think it's overblown here with the running back coach position does or how important it is because I couldn't remember the last two who were here I remember Gary brown 'cause he was here for so long but this guy below has been the last two seasons and I've never heard his name mentioned ever and maybe they flashed him on TV point and I don't remember who he is what he does or where he came from but I put a link together of all the ones we've had here in the past so anything has to be an improvement over the one we've had the last 2 seasons.. I mean he's been a ghost...

And yet they're still in college not on another NFL team so let's not make this about Jerry and how cheap he is and blah blah blah we've already talked about this to nauseam on the actual individual posts about all these names of these running back we don't need to restart it all over again maybe we gotta link this to those all three of those posts because we've already said all this everything's been said not a big deal nobody even really knew who our running back coach was the last two seasons 'cause I sure didn't....

100% I have this weird feeling that that would be so much more important is to make sure we get a dynamic running back in the draft sort out what we're gonna do with Rico because I don't think you depend on a running back coach as much as people think I mean isn't this the chain of command I mean how much impact does a running back coach have on the run game for real I mean he may be a confidant to the actual running backroom but what does he really do I've already posted above those dudes I never heard of I don't even know who the running back coach was for our team for two years because he's basically a ghost nobody really ever hears from him...

isnt it head coach >offensive coordinator>offensive line coach> tight ends coach , then its RB coach=WR coach >others.. Seems pretty far down the list of layers of how much you actually refer or defer to the running back coach in the run schemes..
