I remember during the offseason everyone over the moon at the coaching staff Schotty put together.

There was just no way that Jerry would’ve been smart enough to put together that staff. It was all Schotty and part of the culture change.

3 weeks in it’s all Jerry’s fault.

Jerry has a track record of hiring one coach for offense/hc and another for defense.

The Cowboys do not have bottom five talent.
They have bottom five leadership, which has led to bottom five morale, stemming from their refusal to replace the quarterback that has held them back for eight years.
That abomination of an extension for Dak killed what was left of the morale in Dallas. The players knew their fates were sealed.

I think Jerry sucks, but seeing the fans that praised Shotty for putting this staff together (not saying you) suddenly letting Schotty off the hook and blaming Jerry is gross. You gotta keep that same energy when it doesn’t work out.

To be fair, I’ve said all along that Schotty had no control over anything. That’s why someone like him got this job. He probably agreed to be the least in control coach in NFL history.

Been saying since he was hired this was a gigantic mistake.

Imagine hiring a HC who has 4 years of success as an OC in 20 years in the league.

Dont even call the guy with the best offense in the last 5 years.

Then you hire a DC who was absolutely terrible as a HC and really wasnt that good as a DC the last 5 years.

I would have been happier if they made Adams the HC. At least it shows some form of ingenuity.
