Dak’s been fantastic this year.

I have no issues with the offense other than the WRs skip the basics of football way too much for my liking.

I wasnt a fan of the HC hire from the beginning. I had no idea he was OC last year or even what he looked like, thats how underwhelming this hire was for me.

But again it goes back to the constant over the last 30 years, who hires this type of HC and gives him no authority, who makes the QB and WR two of the highest paid people in the NFL but cant decide if were rebuilding or All in? The way this organization has been managed is why they haven even sniffed an NFL Championship game in so long, and may not in my lifetime.

A lot of fans are frustrated, as they should be, but the money train keeps ramblin on.

Unless a coach like Andy Reid is retiring, most new hires, exciting and young as they may be, are hired onto teams that fired their coach owing to ineptitude or bad season(s). So, invariably, these coaches have to fix a lot of things at once until they can put their stamp on things, and that's assuming they have the support of the GM and owner... There's a reason no self-respecting, up-and-coming coach like Ben Johnson would desire the Cowboys job.

The lack of a professional GM is killing this team.

And with each passing year, it’s getting worse. This roster was decent just four seasons ago. Now it quickly downgraded to one bottom five in the league and tbh, the true bottom has yet to fall out for this franchise.
