Yeah I was more so saying it Josh Allen who is regarded as the second best QB in the league? You could say the same about him. Wasn’t comparing him to Darnold or whatever.

So I hope Mr. Lawrence gets a chance to play in a Supwerbowl, maybe win it and down the line, sign his one day contract as a Dallas Cowboy as Mr. Ware did.

And that would be facts, because yes Seattle does indeed have the better roster. That's why they are the better team. Is Darnold important? Yes.

But the question you'd need ask yourself is could Darnold's play offset the 4th worst defense all-time and win?

I think we already saw what Darnold looks like on a ****** roster, and it wan't good, was it? So, why is he the man all the sudden, since he has the best defense in the NFC that easily held the 49ers to 6 points? How does that make Sam the man?

One of these day you guys are going to wake up a realize football is a team sport, and the salary cap has prevented teams with elite QBs from building Super Bowl rosters. Seattle's defense won the game, and Darnold was there to manage the game on offense. He also has an All-Pro WR, plus a SOLID 1-2 punch running game. Let's not get it twisted.

Tom Brady and Billicheck figured iout you can' tie up 60 million a year in one player and expect to have a Super Bowl roster.

If Dak wants to be a winner, he needs to quit being greedy (his real problem) and make the necessary sacrafices that Darnold and Brady made to win - take less money and get some complementary players that can win.

New England and Denver are good examples of what I'm saying - both have cheap rookie QBs and were able to sing the free agents to have a SB caliber roster.

Mahomes, Burrow, Prescot, Jackson, Allen (expensive QBs) all are eliminated and the team with a cheap but solid QBs and stacked roster is probably going to win it all (Seattle), but if you're going to sit here and act like Sam Darnold put the team on his back and willed his way to the NFC title game, I'm going to call you out.

It's funny because after the KC game this year there were 2-3 threads about "why did it take so long to go to Schotty" or "we found one with Schotty"

Darnold's 2025 QBR was 56. Prescott 70.3. His run contribution was -1.2 vs. Prescott's 6.9. His EPA was 60.2 vs. Prescott's 106.8 (2nd only to Drake Maye's 113.9).

Prescott is playing better than he was in 21 - 22'. Enough to make a title game or Superbowl? His chances are better now than they were back then but that will also depend on how fast the defense can get turned around. That might take at least two seasons given it's current state.
