In year 2, what do you need to see from our Head Coach?

We seen how he was able to hire his own coaches, and now had the influence on bringing in Parker, and for him to bring in his own coaches.

Jerry has a history of hiring puppet head coaches. Don't understand why you think this is a myth. They wasted 10yrs on the puppet Garrett. I guess we have a different definition of the term, which is cool.

That said, they play the nfc west and those games will be tough,with all 4 teams.
The tougher teams they get on the road, so he should be telling his team they need to win all the games at home.

He achieved a half game improvement in his first year. I think he can improve another half game in his second. The NFC West is a tough draw. Home and away.

I get it, though. We all want to believe Jerry is finally starting to change the way he operates, but you have ask something important. McCarthy was an experienced, somewhat proven HC, and Jerry didn't allow him to do squat. Why would Jerry suddenly hand the reigns over to a HC with 1 season of HC experience under his belt? It makes no sense. Schnotty can be trusted more than MM, a super bowl winning HC? I'm not believing it.

But by your own words. How do we know Jerry didn’t allow MM to do squat.

yes some of his ways absolutely I totally agree i'm HUGELY against all that polka dancing making it rain and weirdo stuff, then how Jerry did the lazy way of picking him. But in my heart something in there says just give him one more shot, if he can't do it, you know Jerry he may keep him or hang on to him or let him go, but i'll be after the season.



FYI, it was great when I took my kids there for the Home Opener and we were doing the tour of the stadium and my kids got to meet him as he was walking by!

There will be a big overturn on the defense roster and an entirely new defensive coaching staff.

We all hope they can turn around an historically bad defense. Going from that to in the playoffs is a huge step.

what does being an experience hc have to do with getting jerry to do things differently ??
