I am not sure where this post is going, but i feel compelled to share:
My wife and I have spent the last couple of weeks traveling through central Europe, primarily in Poland.
Without question, the most impactful aspect of the trip was a day trip to Auschwitz/Birkenau. Words really can't convey just how soul-crushing the whole experience was. It is beyond belief - 1.1 million people died in Auschwitz during 1940-45. I am still processing everything i saw and heard.
Apologies for such a dark topic, but I just can't get the whole experience out of my mind.
We're here if you need a shoulder.
