This is all the fault of the people who make billions off the alcohol industry. This issue will never EVER end. While people scream to ban guns, it is alcohol that does so much more harm and killing of people through car accidents. We are told repeatedly, NOT TO DRINK & DRIVE but people continually ignore this and think they are above the law. So when they get pulled over, "celebrities/people of name status" try to, like the Race Card, pull out their Status Card. When it doesn't work, they get upset. Hopefully, they don't get into a car accident risking harm and property to the innocent person.
If they happen to kill someone, while drunk driving, they cry that they are so sorry then "lawyer up" to protect themselves from the law. The person they killed is dead but the drunk driver wants protection/mercy. All along, knowing they should not have been driving drunk.
Sorry, Tony you need your license revoked for years at minimum. And another example NOT to glory any person because they / all ( yes me also) fall short. Thankfully, Romo didn't hurt anyone and yes, he shall be forgiven but their needs to be consequences.
i am not force sensitiveI did. But you didn’t. Lol. It’s all good.
They refuse to factor the case in it's entirety. You can’t make it up lol. My favorite one is “people fail these tests who haven’t been drinking”…except Tony was and he was so drunk he had a open bottle in plain sight lol.

Lol, wrong.Refusing the breathalyzer is getting pulled over 101, bro. Even your lawyer tells you not to take that breathalyzer. Some tell not to even if you haven't been drinking down here in Texas. Why risk a false positive or being BARELY over when you've got the money for an attorney?
I wonder if it was Terrence Steele and it happened to him what the responses would be.Would be completely different if it wasn’t a media darling/fan favorite like Tony
*TO voice* “That’s my quarterback!”A 50 page thread on our QB from a decade ago getting buzzed and driving?
We really are craving any football news.
The attempted justification here is so sad.90 percent of the thread is defending drinking and driving lol.
Truthfully….of I had to be in the news for something like this I’d rather it be like this. This could’ve been far worseI suspect one of the worst parts of this for him is having to face his wife and kids.
Regardless of the seriousness or lack of, no family wants to see their dad and husband on the news like that.
Yep. For sure,The attempted justification here is so sad.
If this was a current player 90 percent of the thread would be "cut him".
Kind of thought this was an interesting read coming from a Canadian on this thread, as it related to your nic on here, lol:They refuse to factor the case in it's entirety.
Instead they cling to the "bad cop" narrative. Or, pick pick ONE and ignore all the rest.
- Unsafe pass - Literally the reason he was pulled over
- Wreaked of alcohol
- Failed numerous sobriety tests
- Open bottle in the vehicle
- Refusal of breathalyzer

In Wisconsin, they consider it public records. "broad Public Laws."Why did they release the bodycam footage anyway? Seems unnecessary.
I'm sure the phone was ringing off the hook on Monday morning with FOIA requests from every jackal with social media presence. Why did they release the bodycam footage anyway? Seems unnecessary.
You saidThat wasn't the point.
Driving isn't a right. Passing on the right unsafely is against the law. That's the reason he was pulled over. They smelled booze. He failed tests. They found an open bottle.
I have no idea if he was intoxicated or not. I just suggested that he performed poorly on the FSTsHe did better than me on the leg stand.
He didn’t look drunk to me.
Dude was doing stretches and excercises.
I do what I want forum police. You said
“Even though the tests aren't 100%, why refuse if you weren't under the influence?”
I said
“Exercising your rights isn't a confession, it's self-defense. There are some who say it’s your civic duty.
The system isn't trying to prove your innocence”
If you don’t want someone to respond with their opinion about citizens surrending their rights under the Constitution, perhaps you shouldn’t make comments suggesting that they should.
You're naive.I have no idea if he was intoxicated or not. I just suggested that he performed poorly on the FSTs
I would likely fail the one-leg stand as well.
There’s a reason why studies have shown that 1 in 3 stone cold sober people “fail” these tests.
He passed on the right and crossed the gore. Could the officer have fabricated that entirely? Sure. But, those two actions combined will lead to a cop pulling you over a lot of the timeTrue story impatient people pass where they shouldn't and in an unsafe manner.
Did you view the pass is there video footage of it or is it something that's just left up to the cops discretion
And you take everything they say as gospel
