For the Milton haters. You don't know QB

Not haters, but last year he was probably the worst quarterback I've ever seen for the Cowboys. He sprayed balls everywhere at 100 mph with zero accuracy and no clue what he was doing.

He looks much more comfortable now. He's worked on this with Shotty, you can tell. His feet are set and he's reeled in that cannon for the most part.

Yep, that's called evaluating. Haters is a different deal. Those people going on and on about Parsons who hasn't been a Cowboy for a full season? Yeah, those are haters, lol.

I'm saying, when or if he gets hurt(he's 33), can Joe win and never relinquish the job? That's how this will go down I think. Same way Dak got the job.

I would say let’s not go down that rabbit hole just yet. Let’s just stay in the moment. In this moment JM is showing poise, accuracy, touch, and confidence. He’s miles ahead of where he was last preseason and week 18. So as of today he is showing to be a good backup, probably the best one he’s had, to Dak. So as a permanent replacement let’s not go down that rabbit hole just yet. But he was awfully impressive last night and last week. It’s very encouraging

I’ve been on record saying that Milton doesn’t belong in this league.

Well, he’s certainly off to a great start this preseason. If anything he does look like QB 2 at this point. Would like to see him tee it up against 1’s.

In a "real" game...he had nearly the same stas as Dak in the same amount of time.

It most certainly was a "meaningless" game that Jerry wanted stats for Dak.

Yeah, it's a little premature for the I told you so's on Milton.

If you were to trace his whole draft and development journey I think you would come to a more reasonable conclusion that "It's good to see Milton FINALLY resembling an NFL backup."

It would be great if the guy could develop into a good NFL starter and replace Dak as he ages out in a few year, but his body of work in games has been mostly less than stellar.

In his tampa bay early years he did. When he went to Washington Joe Gibbs made him more into a pocket passer first and foremost, by design.
