Go look at the Miami Dolphins' roster at receiver and tell me again with certainty that Brown won't get claimed.

Yes WRs are a dime a dozen. For example, here is the Cowboys 2018 opening day WR corps.

WR Allen Hurns
WR Tavon Austin
WR Michael Gallup
WR Terrance Williams
WR Noah Brown

That corps was a mess until they traded for Amari Cooper. Turned the team from 3-5 to 10-6 and a playoff win.

Dallas doesn't care. They have Pickens, Lamb, Flournoy, and Turpin.

Brown will never play.

The Dolphins need picks, not players. That's a rebuild.

I feel like if Dak goes down for a game or 2 then I want Howell in. If Dak gets a season ending injury then I want Milton in to further his development.

I agree, but what if Howell is the long term Dak replacement? I don't envy the coaches if they are trying to figure out Milton vs. Howell right now.

Yep. I can get behind 3 QBs. Milton is not as ready as I thought but I think he can be. But Howell is ready to win now.

I look at Howell ceiling as a backup. High quality backup. Like Josh McCown. Milton to me has the ceiling of potential starting qb thanks to his arm and mobility. They may view Howell like Baker or Romo.

Fine. Why is he in your roster? When is he going to play?

You only take 48 players to games, so are you going to have him sit and watch the top 3 receivers all game and do nothing?

You going to sit Pickens and Lamb so Brown can go out and work on his game against the Eagles?

As Parcels would say, you can't take players to games that don't contribute anything. They gotta play.

You'll still have him if needed. He'll get called up from the practice squad if somebody gets hurt.

So they cut Camden Brown. There is going to be a riot in here if they do. Honestly after an ok but not amazing 2nd game and a ho-hum 3rd game, I am fine if they cut him and lose him. He might be a decent receiver who makes big catches every once in a while, but he is far from proven against first team defenses and all around a good WR.
