Daks the only reason the Cowboys had a chance

The game was eventually tied with a FG after that no-play, so you are wrong. Schottenheimer's terrible play calling, in-game bad calls, and this defense's inability to hold an opponent under 30 points is what cost us the game.
Sad part is you could of hit Pickens with a pass he was that open. Yeah thats the HC taking the heat for Dak’s big choke. Not to worry Daks only in his 11th season he’ll work hard to keep learning

Shotty is falling on the sword for Dak. I guarantee he said if the throw is there take it. If not throw it away. Well the play was there. But the play was not made.
This is the truth
Nobody tells their quarterback to throw the ball away if there's a guy wide open.

And if Dak would have thrown it right on GP but had the pass intercepted, you would be here right on cue blaming Dak once again.

Just be quiet.

Him and the rest of the offense kept coming from behind to take the lead despite the terrible play calling. Even tied the game with 7 seconds to go. Yes he should not have thrown it away but it never should’ve gotten to that point. Anyone putting the blame on Dak for the loss is just a Dak hater and not being objective about what happened yesterday.

Go Cowboys!
Thanks for breaking it down for us, bro.

Hey, when does the culture change kick in? At 8-11-1 I am so excited. I know it must be soon.

The difference from the last Era, if Romo would've did a throwaway throw instead of throwing it to the open receiver, we all would've blamed him, even those who like him, and rightfully so. These days, people have their Book-O-Excuses ready beforehand, and give scripted excuses.

Come on, don't exaggerate. Look at the Bears vs. Eagles game; the Bears looked really good on both sides of the ball with a backup QB who—if we're comparing—played much better than Dak. The Cowboys look stiff on offense.

Dak throws great balls and makes great decisions. Dak throws bad balls and makes poor decisions.

The inconsistency is one of the main things preventing the offense from being great. Dak says things like he takes responsibility or he has to play better. Then he collects his millions, and then has another spotty game. Takes responsibility, collects, plays inconsistently. Rinse and repeat all the way to a first round defeat.

Why didn't our offense?
He wasn't facing a practice squad secondary?

For those slobering all over Lamar Jackson, lets not forget since 2019 they lead league in blown 4th quarter leads of 10 points or more with 16. The broadcast even had cute little graphics sd they talked about their propensity to find ways to lose games.

There were so many things that went wrong at the end to lead to that loss.

1. The confusion when audibling, looked like players couldn't get lined up and a lot of time wasted before calling a TO

2. The false start by Schoony setting us back 5 yards from the 2

3. The gutless play call

4. Ronald Jones getting shoved into lap of Dak causing him to bail on the read. You can see he is throwing off one foot, looks like Jones is already being pushed into him. You can also see he releases before Pickens breaks free.

5. The inexplicable kick off out back of endzone

6. The D playing outside contain and leaving the zone vacated

7. The practice squad level safeties looking lost and confused.

8. The very sus 1 second left.

He's the highest paid player. He had a chance to win the game, and he launches it over a wide open Pickens head. Now, if Schotty told him to throw it away, and I don't believe for a second he did, he should be fired immediately.

And you're right Rocky Dak Prescott is not completely to blame for the loss but he was an integral part.

There was a half a dozen mistakes in that game that caused us to lose it and not throwing the ball to Pickens was just one of them but a big one.

Brian schottenheimer's play calling and time management was the biggest reason we lost the game.

The kicker sure didn't help us any along with spoon maker Terrance Steel the shovel pass.

But I'm sorry when you are the highest paid player in the NFL the longest tenured cowboy on our team in theory the undisputed leader who has the brass stones to say he runs the greatest offense there is.

You need to be the full-blown commander of the red zone with unparalleled instincts muscle memory and decision making.

There should have been no hesitation the ball should have been on its way to Pickens at the pylon out of pure instinct.

Instead DAk
operates the Buck fever offense in the red zone hesitant fearful and
full of doubt.

Granted he was almost the solution but still part of the problem.

When you have a chance to score and go ahead, and you choke, that’s the biggest problem. I guess if you screw up a few times earlier in the game, the team should just go ahead and forfeit and head home. SMH.
