Daks the only reason the Cowboys had a chance

If he's not going to make an easy throw like that, what's the point of having him ? A qb that panics under the pressure...yea that's going to get us to a sb. People keep telling me that Dak is elite. Well elite qbs make that throw.
I think it’s in Daks head really bad at this point. He doesn’t want the big mistakes and it shows in times like these

And you're right Rocky Dak Prescott is not completely to blame for the loss but he was an integral part.

There was a half a dozen mistakes in that game that caused us to lose it and not throwing the ball to Pickens was just one of them but a big one.

Brian schottenheimer's play calling and time management was the biggest reason we lost the game.

The kicker sure didn't help us any along with spoon maker Terrance Steel the shovel pass.

But I'm sorry when you are the highest paid player in the NFL the longest tenured cowboy on our team in theory the undisputed leader who has the brass stones to say he runs the greatest offense there is.

You need to be the full-blown commander of the red zone with unparalleled instincts muscle memory and decision making.

There should have been no hesitation the ball should have been on its way to Pickens at the pylon out of pure instinct.

Instead DAk
operates the Buck fever offense in the red zone hesitant fearful and
full of doubt.

Granted he was almost the solution but still part of the problem.
You say he wasn’t 100 % to blame and then you blame him what seems like 100 %

Love seeing all the yahoo’s out there with their lack of football intelligence.

And then he promptly scuffled in a key moment.

Again, I am not sure why it's so tough for some of you to admit reality when it comes to Dak. He played fine, well, good, whatever you want to call it for a large chunk of the game.

But when the chips were down in that game, he made two pretty awful throws in a spot where you hope your "elite" QB can make a play. He failed in that last series.

How that's a controversial comment, I have no idea.

And if Dak would have thrown it right on GP but had the pass intercepted, you would be here right on cue blaming Dak once again.

Just be quiet.
We all have eyes. The only way that pass would get picked is if Dak threw it behind Pickens. But he was open and you have to expect your "elite" QB to make that throw in that spot.

Again, it's freaking wild to me the excuse making for Dak there. No, he wasn't the sole reason we lost. He shouldn't carry the brunt of the blame for that loss BUT............

We are told by all you guys he's an upper echelon player. He's paid like an upper echelon QB. He's expected to be a guy that makes that play in a key spot. He did not. He failed.

How it's wrong to point that out is freaking wild.

Anyone putting the blame on Dak for the loss is just a Dak hater and not being objective about what happened yesterday.

Go Cowboys!
That's not true at all. Dak played a good game but choked on the last play, he shares some blame.

Schotty should be fired for what happened in that series and on the kickoff.

The game was eventually tied with a FG after that no-play, so you are wrong. Schottenheimer's terrible play calling, in-game bad calls, and this defense's inability to hold an opponent under 30 points is what cost us the game.
Ice Chest! Ice Chest! Short hops Pickens on a 10 yard die route with the game on the line. I disagree. He made way more mistakes than the last one.

Maybe Dak expected GP to go towards the back side edge of the goal, meanwhile GP thought to go towards the inside goal cone? Could have been miscommunication. Or like Schottenheimer said, he had told Dak if it wasn't there what he wanted (route), just throw it way overhead away in order not to risk an interception but still tie the game with a FG and take it into overtime.
