Just call a play and let the players go out and execute it.

“Don't tell people how to do things, tell them what to do and let them surprise you with their results.” - Gen. George S. Patton

If you don't trust the guy under center, then don't put him there. Dak isn't a rookie playing his first game. Call the play and get out of his way.

I don’t think they are stressed, it’s their job, if there’s any stress, it’s for the kicker lol
Come to think about it, maybe the kicker actully had most of the blame for the loss by giving the Ravens chance after chance. He normally does not make mistakes like that. Maybe the coach told him to kick off out of bounds those two times! Crazy stuff....

And if we don’t miss a field goal, so both kickers,

Call the play, shut your mouth, and see what happens, totally agree
The issue is we don’t know what play he called

Well, some people like to micromanage lol

Both kickers? I thought they were one and the same?
So both kicks, field goal, and kickoff,
I actually did say both kickers, I don’t know why I was thinking of the punter
I don’t remember seeing him during the game

That play did not cost us the game
We tied the game,
If you wanna put it on one play, it was the kickoff into the end zone rather than the field of play to run the clock down
Run a little more time off the clock, and the Ravens wouldn't have time to score. There was bad time management beforehand, but this one play is where we could've won it, ran off a bit of time, but it all went far to quick and the Ravens barely had enough time to score.

Yes, but it didn’t, so you have to put the game on the next play
Should’ve been kicked in the field of play rather than the end zone
Just another coaching screw up

Exactly. Coaches run multiple scenarios in practices, especially two-minute drills. You don't need to overcoach situations (Schottenheimer's words) you have already prepared your players for.

I would like to think they would practice game scenarios,
Do you think the squad has enough intelligence to do that?
I know, Bill Belichick, spend as much time doing that, as game planning .

I think Jerry talked him into the job, what do you think of that lol
I think Jerra talked him into the job also. "Hey, uh...um..Shot....if I um...tell you what to do...um...will you coach the Cowboys for me? All you...um...need to do is...um listen into the headphone for my...um play call. You...um game?"

Shotty, "Yes, Sir, boss man"

I think I’ve got it covered. If you don’t factor in that George Pickens pushed off and wasn’t open on the first read, then you miss why the ball was thrown away, according to Schottenheimer.

I believe it was the right call because if they had tried to throw to Pickens, there’s a good chance a flag would’ve been thrown, that’s just the Cowboys’ luck.

People have reviewed that video repeatedly and noticed the referee looked ready to throw the flag if the pass had gone to Pickens, so in the end, it’s all moot.

MOOT!
I was thinking the same about the ref. But it was pointed out that why wouldn’t the ref call for pushing off, regardless? And now that in writing this, I’m realizing that maybe the ref didn’t throw the flag because the ball wasn’t catchable. Maybe it was to a fan in the stands though. Lol
