Not freaking out about it, but how about this:

Big Ben is 6 foot FIVE and weighs 241.

Romo is 6"2 and only weighs five pounds less. I understand he wasn't able to train consistently with the cyst, but that doesn't mean you keep on eating Twinkies and neglecting your diet. I believe Romo was 219 when he entered the league. And to me, 15 lbs is a lot, especially with Romo being 33 years old. Not a good combination.

......And so it begins. Didn't take too long to find someone on the ledge!

He's a QB throwing in camp who will be just fine weight-wise when the reg season starts.

I understand you are a good fitness guru, but I really do think he'll be fine.

We have much bigger concerns, imo.

Oh, I know he will. But with the cyst and everything, he's starting behind the 8 ball. With the already banged up OL the Cowboys have, it's an area of concern for me.

I was just speaking about Romo's weight...doesn't mean I think the Cowboys are going 5-11 or anything like that.

He played at 230 last year and moved extremely well....fwiw.

He'll be fine in a week or two

Just my opinion and observation, I think Tony would be optimal between 220-225 lbs. Just my two cents.

Have to give Feederick credit for one thing, he is confident in making his line calls on what he sees. He is quick to do it.
First hour of practice and Kiffin dialing up the safety blitz. Walks Church in the box and shoots him inside but nice pickup by back.
Several passes already being defensed here. Johnson vs Escobar and Ernie Sims with INT on tip ball.

Step in right direction.

Hilarious how there is a report about Romo "throwing lasers" which is virtually ignored by the so-called fans here, but endless carping about his temporary weight. Clueless and pathetic

They said his arm strength has improved for 3 straight years now.
Not sure how much, but at least it's not going the other way.
Timing and accuracy are more important though

You've posted multiple times considering its something you're not freaking out about.

I didn't know there was a limit? It's the beginning of training camp, my man. It's kind of a fun time to talk about football and the Cowboys.

If you believe Big Ben is only 241 I have some ocean front property inside of Fort Hood for sale really cheap. You interested?

Of ALL the things there is to worry about with this team, you're freaking worried about Romo's WEIGHT?! SERIOUSLY?!

Starting guards are scrubs, starting Nose is a backup at best, safeties are a concern, depth, etc.... Romo's weight is nowhere NEAR the top of that list.
