Besides one duck that still went for a 30 yard completion, Romo looked like himself and had some nice zip on the ball. I think the working out and rehab has made him a little stronger. Scandrick made a great play for the one interception but the 3 TD passes were pretty sweet. Romo was able to make the quick throws with pressure and looked very comfortable stepping into his passes.

It was hard to tell watching from my computer connection, so that is good to hear. I saw some people post that he looked bad.

I'm not going to lie, I'm concerned about him. If he doesn't recover fully, this team has no chance.

That's what I gathered. Seemed to have his usual zip on the ball. I'm not worried at all as long as he doesn't take too many hits.

I watched it, it looked more like him being tentative than anything. He looked money when throwing to Dez though

When throwing to Dez, you will always look good(Not saying that he didn't though)

Scott L knows how to run this offense, you start with Dez.

Not 3 yard quick outs to Witten.

It's obviously just camp, but so far, the offense definitely seems to be Romo to Dez.

Bet I can tell you who.

Don't think anyone I saw used the word bad. I said he doesn't look 100% and that some of his passes looked flat. Also I noted that even the guys on the broadcast said he was throwing off his back foot. I said he was moving around well which is very encouraging. I did not say he looked bad.

I'll take it at this stage.

I'm not sure what went on with the complete under throw. They were talking earlier today about a 2 minute drill play where they flood the lanes full speed, then the WR stops and comeback for an uncontested reception. It looked like that, but was awfully duck-like. It was I hurry up mode and was complete. Who knows.

But That pump fake and dart over the middle to Dez was a lazer that led him perfectly in stride...then Dez was gone. Also so e of the out patterns and back shoulders were good.
He had two overthrows.
Probably completed 3/4 of the throws.
Certainly not perfect, but good enough for now.

He didn't look perfect no. But the wind wasn't helping any of the qbs. To me, just glad he went out n played. That was good for me

I agree I was very encouraged with his movement. I'm hoping the throwing off the wrong foot is just him getting a feel for how he will play. Once his body and muscle memory kick in it should help correct the "flatness" in some of his passes. Again I think he is more 75-80% ready and probably will be about 90% by week one

There was no flatness to the throws. They had very good zip on them. He threw the one "peyton manning" duck pass that went for a 30-40 yard completion. Everything else looked very strong.

He looks more like 95%-100%.

I cannot get over your avatar ....... Randy White's 61 year old neck looks like it could whoop have the guys on our team by itself.

Ok Guy there was a considerable difference. He missed bad on a deep out Dez. He threw a couple of 13 yard TDs that Dez posted up. The int that ball was sailing. His "duck" to Twill was because his feet were not set and Twill made an amazing play and tracked that ball. It was noted By Bryan Brouddus that Romo was throwing off the wrong foot. He even noted about the "ducks" . If romo was 85-90% he would not be throwing off his back foot he would not need multiple days off in a row. He is getting there, but he isn't there yet. By the 7th of Sept Romo will be over 8 mons removed from his surgery putting him close to 90-95%. You can tell he is trying to figure out what his back will allow him to do, and he is having to retrain how he torques his back/hips. Romo was not throwing lasers out there , it is encouraging to see him moving around well

The team has no chance anyway!
